Deep-pocketed dip shopper makes $ETH look like the deep end 🐋

A whale spent $62.97 million on 27,553 $ETH over five hours at an average price of $2,286, according to on-chain analytics platform Lookonchain. The purchase was reported by Lookonchain on November 2, 2026, while $ETH traded below $2,300.

Lookonchain wrote: “Over the past 5 hours, this whale has spent $62.97M to buy 27,553 $ETH at an average price of $2,286.” The rapid accumulation followed an earlier purchase of 16,658 $ETH using nearly $38 million in USDC.

The wallet continued adding to its position during the latest market dip, deploying substantial capital while $ETH remained under pressure. Its latest buying spree brought the reported purchase value to more than $62 million.

The activity drew attention as large investors accumulated $ETH during a period of market weakness.
