One Basket, 24 Tokens, and a 2.0% $CTX Slice: Cryptex’s Sixth S-1/A

Cryptex Finance submitted its sixth pre-effective amendment, Form S-1/A (Registration No. 333-294594), to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the Cryptex BAGZ ETF, a spot multi-token digital asset fund that aims to list on the Nasdaq Stock Market. The filing, dated October 23, 2026, updates the fund’s index methodology, custody disclosures and staking framework ahead of regulatory review; the ETF remains pre-effective and its launch date is still blank.

The BAGZ ETF would track 24 constituent tokens drawn from a broader 36-asset index, with holdings organized into five thematic tiers. The major-coin tier includes $BTC, $ETH, $SOL, $XRP and $ADA, capped at no more than 51.7% of total index weight. The multi-crypto lineup also includes $SHIB and Zcash, while L1 and L2 infrastructure protocols form another part of the index, including Avalanche.

The updated prospectus discloses a conflict of interest tied to Cryptex’s own $CTX token, which receives a fixed 2.0% weight in the fund.

The staking framework covers $ETH, $SOL, $ADA and $HYPE, with staked assets capped at 33.0% of portfolio assets. Those provisions are included in the amendment’s broader updates to the fund’s index methodology and custody disclosures.
