Bitwise Carries XRP's $11M ETF Bag While Everyone Else Just Watched 🏋️

—By our Markets Desk2 min read

U.S. spot XRP exchange-traded funds recorded $11.31 million in net inflows between October 5 and October 9, according to CryptoNews reporting, even as XRP declined from roughly $1.52 to $1.40 over the same window, briefly touching a low of $1.32. The figures extend a 12-week streak of positive flows into U.S. spot XRP products, though the latest weekly result was heavily concentrated in a single issuer. Bitwise accounted for $10.55 million of the weekly total, effectively carrying the headline number for the category. Excluding Bitwise, the remaining issuers combined for roughly $760,000 in net inflows, with Franklin Templeton's XRPZ contributing $4.10 million and Canary Capital's XRPC posting a $3.34 million outflow. Three of the five trading sessions showed no net flow across the group.

Total ETF net assets stand at approximately $1.57 billion against cumulative inflows of roughly $1.8 billion since launch, leaving a gap of about $230 million that functions as a rough mark-to-market indicator. The flows contrast with U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs, which shed $681 million over the same week. Across the cited groups of U.S. spot bitcoin, ether, solana, and XRP funds, XRP was the only category to finish the week with net inflows, a relative result that does not by itself establish whether ETF demand can absorb continued spot selling.

The data leaves market participants watching two zones. The $1.32 to $1.38 area remains the immediate support band, while a reclaim of $1.50 to $1.56 is the level cited as the next test for any improvement in the short-term trend. Whether buying broadens across issuers or the streak continues to depend on one fund will be visible in upcoming weekly totals.
