U.S. spot XRP ETFs extended their inflow streak to 13 consecutive weeks as of October 14, pulling in roughly $740,000 in net inflows that day even as XRP continued to slide, trading at $1.31, down 5.11% over the prior 24 hours, according to SoSoValue data. Bitcoin ($BTC), Ethereum ($ETH), Solana ($SOL), and Hyperliquid ($HYPE) funds lost a combined $400 million on the same day, leaving XRP the lone cited fund group in positive territory. Zcash ($ZEC) funds were the only other category to attract money on October 14, drawing $3.68 million, though they remain $3.16 million in the red for the week so far.
The streak dates back to a $7.2 million weekly outflow in the week ending July 10, according to SoSoValue. Cumulative net inflows now stand at a record $1.80 billion, but the pace has cooled: the week ending September 25 brought $75.6 million, followed by $4.7 million and $11.3 million over the next two weeks. For the week of October 5–9, Bitwise supplied $10.55 million of the $11.31 million total, Franklin Templeton's XRPZ added $4.10 million, and Canary Capital's XRPC recorded a $3.34 million outflow; three of the five sessions had no net flow. Excluding Bitwise, the other funds combined added only about $760,000 net, underscoring how concentrated buying has become.
ETF net assets have slipped from $1.77 billion on September 25 to $1.51 billion as of October 8, reflecting mark-to-market losses against the roughly $1.8 billion in cumulative inflows since launch. The contrast with the broader crypto fund complex is notable: U.S. spot bitcoin funds shed $681 million over the same October 5–9 week. Still, single-week comparisons do not establish that ETF demand can absorb continued selling pressure in the spot market, and the price impact has so far been muted.
On the supply side, large holders have been moving more XRP onto Binance. Analyst Arab Chain reported that 30-day whale inflows to Binance reached 1.669 billion XRP, a seven-month high, compared with roughly 1.65 billion XRP in September. More coins available on a major venue can add to sell-side liquidity, though the analyst cautioned the transfers may reflect wallet reshuffling or other Binance services rather than direct selling intent.
XRP remains about 64% below its all-time high of $3.65, set on July 17, 2025, having fallen from roughly $1.52 on October 5 to a brief $1.32 low during the same week. Crypto prices broadly slid after a hotter-than-expected U.S. Consumer Price Index (CPI) print on October 14, and the next directional move for XRP is likely to track how the wider market digests that inflation data.
