Strive Q4s Into 3,311 BTC, Tells Saylor "Think ₿igger" 🧠

Bitcoin treasury firm Strive disclosed in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing on October 13 that it purchased 3,311 BTC for approximately $280 million between October 5 and October 9, lifting its corporate holdings from 29,462 BTC to 32,773 BTC. The Nasdaq-listed company, ticker ASST, paid an average of roughly $84,500 per coin including fees, marking its largest single Bitcoin acquisition since January. The 11.24% increase pushed Strive's treasury above 30,000 BTC for the first time and elevated it to the fifth-largest publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holder, according to industry data.

Alongside the purchase, Strive reported approximately $208 million in exercised warrants supporting its capital-raising activities, with about 15.3 million warrants remaining before their scheduled October 13 expiration at 5 p.m. Eastern Time. The company also amended its governing documents to establish a $100 minimum issuance price for its SATA preferred shares, limiting its ability to issue them below that threshold. SATA shares were last quoted at $99.40. Strive Chairman and CEO Matt Cole, who previewed the announcement with a Bitcoin tracker captioned "Think ₿igger," said on X that the warrant exercises outpaced dilution.

Strive separately announced the launch of a new perpetual preferred share class, SATS, offering a 15% fixed daily dividend. The company plans to sell 5 million shares at $100 each, targeting a $500 million capital raise earmarked for additional Bitcoin purchases, income-producing assets, or stock buybacks. SATS will rank junior to Strive's existing SATA perpetual preferred, which currently pays a variable rate of 13%. At closing, Strive intends to fund a dividend reserve covering 18 months of SATS payments. Strategy Chairman Michael Saylor commented on X, "Strive is turning demand for digital equity (ASST) and digital credit (SATA) into demand for Bitcoin. Its hypergrowth shows how the capital markets are accelerating Bitcoin adoption."

Bitcoin was last trading near $83,498.63, below Strive's average purchase price. ASST shares closed at $27.60 on Tuesday. Strive also disclosed holdings of roughly 505,000 shares of Strategy's STRC preferred stock, valued near $50 million, and approximately $310 million in cash.
