$QNT Clears the Vault: Quant Joins The Clearing House's Tokenized Money Lane 🚨
Quant ($QNT) surged after The Clearing House selected Quant to deliver the interoperability, orchestration, and transaction-management layer for its new U.S. On-Chain Money Initiative, announced September 24. Under the partnership, Quant will provide the infrastructure allowing tokenized deposits to move between regulated banks and to settle transactions 24/7, with the network expected to become available to participating institutions in the first half of 2027. Quant said separately that it will provide infrastructure enabling tokenized deposits to move between regulated banks.
The Clearing House operates U.S. payment networks that clear and settle more than $2 trillion every day, and CHIPS averaged approximately $2.014 trillion in daily payment value in 2025. The On-Chain Money Initiative is designed to integrate with existing payment systems including RTP and CHIPS and to support clearing and settlement of tokenized deposits. Tokenized deposits represent bank deposits issued in digital form while retaining the underlying protections and regulatory framework of traditional deposits.
The market reaction was immediate. $QNT climbed from roughly $65 to around $90–$92 in the initial push, then extended to approximately $178.46 in the week following the announcement, a roughly +178% seven-day move that included a +72% single-day surge, according to TradingView data cited by CryptoNews. The token broke above a multi-month descending trendline, reclaimed the $75–$80 zone as initial support and advanced toward the $100 psychological mark, with the $108–$112 region flagged as the next major supply area. On the downside, $83–$85 serves as the first area to watch, followed by the $75–$80 breakout zone, with $60–$65 cited as deeper retracement support.
The deal adds to Quant's institutional pipeline. In March, Quant announced an integration with financial software provider Murex to bring tokenized-deposit and digital-bond settlement capabilities into existing capital-markets infrastructure. Quant has also previously worked with major UK banks, according to CryptoNews. Trading in $QNT has remained highly volatile since the announcement, with price moving quickly as additional commentary circulated on social platforms including a post from @RealAllinCrypto on September 24, 2026.
