ChangeNOW arrives at TOKEN2049 with a retrofuturist booth and a 'no blockchain required' thesis for the next billion
ChangeNOW has outlined its TOKEN2049 Singapore program, anchoring the week around a partner-driven booth, a Bit Digital Stage address by CSO Pauline Shangett, and a dedicated zone for its Fast Track Program aimed at early-stage wallets. The enterprise-focused crypto super app will run activations on both conference days, October 6–7, 2026.
The booth design draws on retrofuturism and Japanese Metabolism, the 1960s architectural movement defined by modular capsules that connect into one structure. ChangeNOW frames its product suite the same way: many products, one app, many sources, one solution. A podcast studio sits at the center, with the ChangeNOW team recording interviews across both days and major crypto media using the same space for their own formats.
One booth zone is dedicated to the Fast Track Program, a free ChangeNOW initiative for new and early-stage crypto wallets. Participating teams receive an API key, integrate swaps into their apps, and earn a share of the volume their users generate. Visitors can see the mechanics on site and apply in person. The booth will also offer a limited run of co-branded CoolWallet × ChangeNOW hardware wallets, with ChangeNOW built in as the exclusive in-app swap provider. Owners can swap assets across $BTC, $ETH, Solana, EVM chains, and other supported networks inside the app, with no key exports and no outside services. Devices are distributed through booth activities. ChangeNOW merchandise, including pieces made with design brands such as Native Union, will be available in limited quantities.
ChangeNOW representatives will also deliver two talks during the conference. On October 6 at 11:30 AM, Pauline Shangett, strategic advisor at NOWNodes, will open the Origins hackathon at TOKEN2049. On October 7 at 12:30 PM, Shangett, in her role as CSO at ChangeNOW, will take the Bit Digital Stage to argue that the next billion users should never need to touch blockchain directly. Her presentation will outline a super-app approach that consolidates exchanges, wallets, swaps, bridges, ramps, and trading apps into a single interface.
ChangeNOW positions the Fast Track zone as a pipeline: early-stage wallets that integrate today are intended to grow into the kind of co-branded hardware and distribution partnerships that established players like CoolWallet represent, with the booth designed to show that progression in physical form across the two-day conference.
