Strive Leaves Saylor in the ATM Dust, Snags $85.88M and 1,001.67 $BTC in 72 Hours 🚀

Vivek Ramaswamy's Bitcoin treasury company Strive pulled in roughly $85.88 million across three consecutive at-the-market stock sessions between September 21 and 23, outpacing Michael Saylor's Strategy in fresh capital raised for BTC accumulation during the same window. According to data from BitcoinTreasuries.net, the proceeds funded an estimated 1,001.67 BTC purchase, based on the average prices recorded at each session.

The first session on September 21 generated $27.69 million in net ATM proceeds, with Strive selling approximately 284,000 shares at an average price of $86,001 per BTC, translating to an estimated 321.97 BTC. The following day produced the largest haul: $36.08 million from roughly 370,000 shares sold, sufficient to acquire an estimated 418.27 BTC at an average price of $86,266. On September 23, Strive added $22.11 million through about 226,700 shares, corresponding to an estimated 261.43 BTC at an average price of $84,556. The total net proceeds across the three sessions amounted to $85.88 million.

The fundraising contrast comes as Strategy, the largest publicly traded corporate holder of Bitcoin, has struggled to attract fresh demand for its STRC preferred stock, which has traded below par in recent weeks. With new capital scarce, Strategy has pivoted to STRC stock buybacks, a move it has not executed since June. Strive, by contrast, has continued to tap equity markets through its SATA structure to fund Bitcoin purchases, completing three sessions in under a week.

Strive has framed its rapid capital deployment as part of a broader strategy to build out a long-term Bitcoin treasury, using equity issuance as the primary funding mechanism. The company has not publicly disclosed the timing of its BTC settlement for the three September sessions, and BitcoinTreasuries.net figures remain estimates based on the average BTC price recorded on each session date. Both Strive and Strategy have not issued direct commentary comparing their respective fundraising totals during the period covered.
