Strive Stacks 147 More BTC, Vaults Into Top 10 Corporate Bitcoin Hoarders 🟧

Strive, the asset manager led by CEO and Chairman Matt Cole, has acquired 147 Bitcoin between August 3 and August 7 at an average price of approximately $64,812 per coin, lifting its corporate treasury to 20,167 BTC, Cole disclosed on X. The latest purchase brings the value of Strive's Bitcoin reserves to roughly $1.3 billion, according to the company's filing. BitcoinTreasuries.NET now ranks Strive as the seventh-largest public corporate Bitcoin holder among the top 100 companies it tracks.

The acquisition adds to a series of Bitcoin purchases Strive has executed throughout 2026. The firm bought 1,109 BTC in May, followed by 2,500 BTC in June, with additional smaller buys in July and early August. Strive reported a Bitcoin yield of 24% for the second quarter and 38% for the first half of 2026, a metric the company defines as the change in Bitcoin holdings relative to diluted shares outstanding.

During the second quarter, Strive fully retired its debt and ended the period holding approximately $155 million in cash reserves. The company has also introduced SATA, a preferred stock instrument tied to its Bitcoin strategy. Strive's growing BTC position places it among the most aggressive public-company accumulators of Bitcoin as the asset manager continues to expand its treasury holdings.
