Wealth Advisors Drop $3.6B Bombshell: XRP ETFs, Bitcoin Plays, and One Giant SPAC Reveal 💼

—By our Markets Desk2 min read

EverSource Wealth Advisors, a financial advisor managing $3.6 billion in assets, has disclosed significant holdings in XRP-focused exchange-traded funds along with investments in Bitcoin ETFs, according to its latest 13F filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The disclosure highlights the firm's growing exposure to digital asset products as traditional finance firms expand their footprint in the crypto market amid rising institutional interest.

The filing shows EverSource holds 1,777 shares of the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF and a small position in the Franklin XRP ETF. The exposure places EverSource alongside other traditional finance companies that have begun allocating capital to spot and leveraged crypto ETFs, a trend accelerated by clearer regulatory frameworks in the United States.

Beyond the XRP ETF positions, EverSource also reported holdings in Evernorth Holdings through its special purpose acquisition company, Armada Acquisition Corp II, trading under the ticker XRPN. The SPAC vehicle has been closely watched as it moves toward a public listing tied to a digital asset treasury strategy centered on XRP.

The firm's 13F filing additionally revealed stock positions in Strategy (MSTR), American Bitcoin Corp, Robinhood, and other companies with direct or indirect exposure to the cryptocurrency sector. The diversified allocation underscores how registered investment advisors are integrating crypto-adjacent equities alongside direct token and ETF exposure in their client portfolios.
