Ondo's Oasis Pro Gets FINRA Nod, Finally Unlocks Tokenized Wall Street for U.S. Investors 🏦
Ondo Finance's SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets has secured new FINRA authorizations to offer tokenized equities and funds to U.S. investors under full SEC and FINRA oversight, the company announced on July 23, 2026 via its official X account. The approval allows Oasis Pro Markets to provide U.S. investors market access to NMS equities, ETFs, mutual funds, index funds, and IPO securities. Settlement can occur in fiat or supported stablecoins, including directly between blockchain wallets.
The framework permits existing broker-dealers and registered investment advisors to integrate through omnibus support, allowing them to offer tokenized products without switching platforms. Ondo Finance stated the authorization covers "hundreds of millions of Americans and tens of thousands of U.S. financial" intermediaries, expanding the addressable market for its tokenized securities infrastructure.
Ondo Finance leads the real-world asset tokenization sector with over $20 billion in cumulative volume and $1 billion in total value locked, according to the company. The native token ONDO trades at $0.40, down 3.14% on the day. The FINRA authorization marks a regulatory milestone for tokenized equity offerings operating within U.S. securities frameworks.
