66% of Validators Jump on XRP Ledger v3.2.0 — Network Still Short of the 80% It Needs 🚦

Validation support for XRP Ledger's v3.2.0 release has climbed to 66%, with 99 of the network's trusted validators now running the latest software, according to XRPL Explorer data. Node adoption is tracking at 57.33%, with 481 of 825 total nodes on the upgrade.

Older software remains in circulation. Version 3.1.3 still runs on 42 validators, accounting for 28% of the validator set, and on 322 nodes (38.38% of the total). To activate the fixAmendment3_2_0 amendment, the XRP Ledger requires support from more than 80% of trusted validators, sustained over two consecutive weeks without change. The current figures leave the network roughly 14 percentage points short on validator backing.

The v3.2.0 update introduces infrastructure improvements, bug fixes, and developer-facing enhancements, including XLS-0095, a proposal that officially renames the network's on-chain asset object. Ripple-backed development of the ledger continues as adoption metrics update in real time on the XRPL Explorer upgrade tracker.
