TxFlow L1 Thinks 172 Markets Bet You Can't Predict Anything Faster Than Five Minutes 🎯

—By our DeFi Desk2 min read

TxFlow L1, the Layer 1 blockchain built around its TIP Liquidity Standards, has launched Probly, its second Channel and the first prediction-market application running on TxFlow Improvement Protocol 3 (TIP3). Announced from Road Town, British Virgin Islands, on July 14, 2026, the rollout extends the network beyond its flagship TxFlow DEX central limit order book (CLOB) decentralized exchange for perpetual trading and into a multi-application financial ecosystem. At debut, Probly offers 172 live markets covering more than 7,000 events, including continuously rolling markets with durations as short as five minutes and fully onchain settlement.

The TIP framework defines how financial products are built and connected on TxFlow L1, with TIP1 supporting spot markets, TIP2 supporting derivatives and TIP3 establishing the standard for prediction-market Channels. TIPn remains open for future products, including real-world assets and structured products. TIP3 specifies how prediction-market applications connect to the chain's execution, settlement and Shared Liquidity Layer, allowing a TIP3 Channel to operate on the same financial foundation as the wider TxFlow L1 ecosystem rather than an independent infrastructure stack. Its architecture uses DAG-based parallel execution and a multi-threaded processing pipeline, enabling non-conflicting transactions to be processed simultaneously.

Probly settles directly on TxFlow L1 instead of relying on a shared general-purpose network or a centralized offchain ledger, with market activity and settlement records executed onchain. Markets are resolved through designated oracle sources, with automatically resolved price-source markets settling immediately and manually adjudicated markets expected to settle within 24 to 72 hours. Following resolution, eligible settlement amounts are credited automatically in USDC without a separate claim step.

The launch marks the next step in TxFlow L1's expansion from a network anchored by a flagship onchain exchange into a broader multi-application ecosystem, with shared execution and settlement infrastructure linking each Channel to the same underlying financial foundation.
