USELESS keeps defying its name—26% rally, $99.85M cap, and a $0.131 line in the sand 🪤

The memecoin sector outpaced Bitcoin over the past week, lifting its market capitalization by 1.5%, according to Glassnode data cited in market coverage. USELESS [USELESS] was among the strongest short-term bullish memes, posting a 26% rally over seven days and a 14.47% gain in the past 24 hours. With a market cap of just $99.85 million at the time of writing, the token was far from the sector's biggest mover; Memecore [M] and Pepe [PEPE], the latter up roughly 15% on the week, contributed more meaningfully to memecoins' overall strength.

On the one-day chart, technical indicators leaned bullish. The Accumulation/Distribution line has been forming higher lows since April without printing new highs, while On-Balance Volume has held its uptrend through the heavy losses of January and February, pointing to persistent spot demand. The moving averages sat well below market price and the Money Flow Index registered 73, with momentum indicators also favoring buyers.

Structurally, however, the long-term bias remained bearish. The move to $0.101 stayed below the 78.6% retracement level at $0.109, and a break past the swing high at $0.131 would be required to flip the daily structure. The recent push swept a pocket of liquidity at $0.095, triggering short liquidations that drove market buy orders past $0.10. Whether that liquidity grab, paired with steady spot demand, evolves into a trend reversal hinges on whether bulls can defend $0.131.
