CertiK-Clean Avalanche Subnet Beats the Layer-1 Crowded House 🏆

Apertum has been named Best Layer-1 Blockchain at the CoinGape Web3 Innovation Awards 2026, with judges citing the network's real-world Web3 deployments, community growth and core blockchain features. The award, presented by CoinGape, recognizes companies, founders, products and technologies shaping the future of Web3.

Built for high transaction throughput and low network fees, Apertum targets gaming, tokenized real-world assets, decentralized finance and other Web3 applications. The Apertum Foundation launched the network in early 2025, and it has since grown into one of the fastest-expanding Layer-1 networks operating as an Avalanche subnet.

A full Layer-1 security audit completed by CertiK identified no vulnerabilities in Apertum. According to the audit, the core consensus and protocol of Avalanche are not modified by Apertum, allowing the blockchain to operate safely in a fully decentralized manner. Apertum is also working with CoinMarketCap to improve market tracking and token information for users.

The CoinGape Web3 Innovation Awards 2026 cited Apertum's contributions to Web3 applications across multiple industries alongside its community growth and blockchain features. The network continues to position itself as an Avalanche-based Layer-1 option for developers building consumer-facing decentralized applications.
