Bitget Takes TradFi to School 📚—Chen Crashes Crypto Traders' Stocks-and-Bonds Pop Quiz
Bitget has launched TradFi 101, an educational initiative aimed at teaching crypto users about traditional financial markets including stocks, exchange-traded funds, commodities and currencies. The program was announced as an ongoing effort rather than a one-off campaign, according to the exchange.
The curriculum is structured around the fundamentals of financial markets and how equities, commodities, currencies, ETFs and broader economic factors influence investment decisions. Bitget said the goal is to give crypto-native traders a more complete base as digital assets become more intertwined with global markets.
Beyond its own content, Bitget plans to coordinate with other exchanges, research firms, educators and media outlets to expand the program's reach. Initial partners named by the exchange include Coin Bureau, CoinGecko and TradingView, with additional collaborators expected to join.
"Financial markets are becoming increasingly connected, and traders are already navigating more than a single asset class," said Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget. She added, "Crypto investors today pay attention to interest rates, inflation, equities, commodities, and global liquidity alongside digital assets." Chen also pointed to tokenization as a driver behind the exchange's broader push into traditional finance education.
The launch comes as multi-asset investing becomes more common among crypto users, with Bitget positioning the program as part of an industry-wide push to broaden financial literacy across the digital asset ecosystem.
