Cardone Capital Adds 282 $BTC, Because Nothing Says 'Diversification' Like Real Estate And A Dip 🏢

Cardone Capital, the $5.3 trillion asset manager, has acquired 282 BTC valued at approximately $18 million, founder Grant Cardone announced in a post on X. The purchase was made as Bitcoin fell to the $62,000 level amid geopolitical tensions tied to the Israel-Lebanon conflict.

The acquisition follows a previous purchase of 130 BTC worth roughly $9.7 million made during a recent market downturn. Together, the two buys bring the firm's recent Bitcoin additions to about $27.7 million. Cardone Capital said the strategy combines Bitcoin exposure with income-producing real estate properties under a single investment vehicle.

In May, at the Consensus 2026 conference in Miami, Cardone said the firm had added another $100 million of Bitcoin alongside a real estate purchase totaling about $235 million. "We just simply added another $100 million of Bitcoin," Cardone said during the event. "I have two assets that we just fused together in an LLC," he added.

The firm is pursuing a hybrid structure that pairs Bitcoin with real estate under one investment wrapper, a model Cardone has described as distinct from traditional approaches. Cardone Capital did not specify the wallet provider or custodian used to store the newly acquired Bitcoin.

Bitcoin traded near $63,800 at the time of Cardone's announcement, according to market data, with the 282 BTC acquired valued at approximately $18 million based on that level.
