NEAR Protocol Outperforms as CoinDesk 20 Index Remains Flat

The CoinDesk 20 Index, a broad-based benchmark traded across multiple platforms globally, has shown mixed signals with NEAR Protocol consistently outperforming while SUI struggles, according to data from CoinDesk Indices.

On Thursday, the index traded at 2085.44, down a minimal 0.0% (-0.18) since 4 p.m. ET. Fourteen of the 20 assets traded higher, with NEAR surging 19.4% and ICP adding 4.3%. SUI dropped 2.6% and XRP fell 1.0%.

By Monday, the index had slipped to 2066.65, down 0.4% (-7.39) since 4 p.m. ET. Only four of the 20 assets traded higher. NEAR remained among the leaders with a 2.1% gain alongside TAO's 1.2% increase. SUI continued its decline at 1.1%, matching CRO's loss.
